Burt Brothers Tire & Service

I brought my vehicle here specifically because I was having steering/handling issues and wanted it properly diagnosed. This was my first time using this particular Burt Brothers location. I have used the Sandy location for years and have had zero issues or complaints with the service I've received there. I've never felt the need to question their recommendations or seek a second opinion. My brother in law accompanied me. The vehicle was on the lift for less than approximately 10 minutes, and while we were there, neither of the front wheels/tires was removed during the inspection. I was then given an estimate of approximately $1,700, with around $1,000 of that related to recommended control arm work. I was also uncomfortable with how the interaction changed. The employee I spoke with was initially friendly and conversational with me. After my brother in law came inside and joined us while the estimate was being explained, I felt the conversation became noticeably more rushed and the employee became short with me. I can't speak to the reason for the change, but combined with how quickly the vehicle had been inspected, something about the overall experience didn't sit right with me.

I arrived about 20 minutes before opening and staff was already there getting ready for the day. Staff still welcomed me in and got going with checking me in and putting on the new tires I purchased. I don’t think I was there longer than an hour and a half. Staff were very kind and courteous. The tires I bought looked great on my pickup and the price was within my budget and style I was looking for. The only reason they did not get 5 stars was because everyone has room for improvement. Overall they are highly recommended.

I love Burt Brothers tires. I bought the tires I have on TOX from here and I love that you can have them do the rotations and alignment check for free and I feel like they are reasonably priced for alignment. I would highly recommend them not to mention how friendly their team is.

They were so kind, beyond amazing customer service and they have done the best work on my vehicle then any other place I have gone. If I could give more then 5 stars, I would. They were honest about how long things would take, called to confirm any changes and prices for work and any discounts, worked quickly and were more then amazing and it was soooo stress free. I had my three young kids and the only thing I would maybe add is some coloring or some small toy area by the tv, other than that, this was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced! Thank you for taking a stressful time and day and making it so easy even with a baby who needed to nap and two young children on top of that. I cannot stress this.... If you don't want to stress - Go here! They are amazing!!!! Thank you all again!

Working with Burt Brothers is routinely a positive experience and today was no different. We had to unexpectedly replace our tires (unexpected because of sidewall puncture and enough tread on other tires for another 3-6mos on vehicle driven rarely). Kaz was a pleasure to work with, great communications, timely and accurate info and delivered on time. I'll be back -
